Edilzeta mixing buckets can be attached to a variety of road works and construction machinery in order to load. The buckets can be disassembled easily and every part can be adjusted thanks to the easy access.

The mixing shaft is highly resistant to torsion and to flexion due to its large diameter. This provides great benefits such as non-permanent deformation. The side brackets are equipped with large-scale oscillating and greased under pressure bearings, so that the slurry can never penetrate the brackets. In order to do so, the brackets are protected by two polyurethane-made rings to avoid wear and by a double lip shaft seal, so that both sides, that of the mixing and that of the driving ring, are well-protected. This significantly reduces maintenance costs, as greasing is no longer needed every time you use the machine, but only every 40-50 hours of work. The drive wheel is fitted to the mixing shaft by a DIN 5482 type splined coupling.
